Abstract

This study was developed to study the impact of family structure on children’s behavior. We examined how the differences in family composition affected the outcome of the child. This study studied the impact of family structure on children’s development through social lenses. It was studied with various family structures, including a nuclear family, a home with parents, and an expanded family, and influenced the cognitive, emotional and social development of children. In the samples of 180 families that grow children between 8 and 16 years of ages, the natural joint education style is revealed using data obtained using a stratified random sample. In this quantitative study, educational style was analyzed in two ways, authoritative, positive authoritative, authoritarian and unified. Subsequent studies included three educational level, parent’s supports, behavioral control and psychological control. The study used survey design, including the questionnaire and data collection of parents and children. Statistical analysis conducted extended statistical tests such as two dimensionalanalysis, regression and correlation to create explanatory statistics using SPSS software and to identify the relationship between educational style and children’s results. The findings showed that family structures had a great influence on the achievement of children’s education, behavioral results and psychological wells. This is the result of mediation policy and strategy to support various family structures. This study has reached a conclusion that further research is needed to solve the difficulties of family mechanism and the development of children’s behavior
