AN EXPLORATORY STUDY ON THE EVOLUTION OF PAKISTANI CINEMA

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore significant changes in Pakistani cinema over the years. Since its beginning, Pakistani cinema has faced numerous challenges, including censorship and competition from foreign films. Despite these challenges, the industry has continued to thrive, producing a wide range of films that reflect the diversity and complexity of Pakistani society. This study suggests various ways, that may lead Pakistani films to glory and global recognition and Pakistani government and upcoming aspiring filmmakers need to take some more innovative steps to upgrade technology and content development in Pakistani films
