The goal of this study is to examine the modest impact of supervisor trust on job satisfaction, employee engagement, and organizational commitment in relation to transformational leadership toward employee work performance. 108 respondents make up the study's sample. The seven primary study hypotheses are investigated through an online survey. Additionally, in order to ensure correct results, the analytical model utilized is the structural equation model (SEM), which is based on theory and concepts from the Partial Least Square (PLS) computer package. Our study's findings show that organizational commitment and employee engagement are directly and significantly impacted by transformational leadership. However, job satisfaction cannot be significantly impacted by transformative leadership. Additionally, this study discovered that the relationship between transformational leadership and factors is not significantly moderated by supervisor trust. We may therefore draw the conclusion that the study's findings may aid managers in realizing that high employee engagement and organizational commitment can also boost workers' performance in addition to transformative leadership.
