HOW LEADERS PRO-ENVIRONMENTAL ATTITUDE MODERATES BETWEEN ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE

This study examines the impact of entrepreneurial leadership on organizational performance through the moderation of leaders’ pro-environmental attitude by underpinning social learning theory. Leaders with entrepreneurial qualities and a pro-environmental attitude encourages employees in enhancing the performance of organization. The boundary state of leaders’ pro-environmental attitude has been analyzed to determine how ethically, and by adhering to leader qualities, employees may decisively keep the relationship between green entrepreneurial leadership and organizational performance. A quantitative research technique is followed, a deductive approach is used for theory construction. Multilevel data were obtained from 225 employees in different production organizations in Pakistan. Multilevel path analysis (MPlus) was applied to do multi-level analysis. The effect of leaders’ pro-environmental attitude on entrepreneurial leadership enhances the performance of organizations.
