Abstract

Conventional and unconventional tactics, proxy wars, clandestine operations, cyberwarfare, fake news, propaganda, media warfare, and surgical strikes are all part of India's hybrid warfare. It is clear that waging a limited or full-scale conflict in a nuclear environment is dangerous. This research explains why the Indian strategic thinkers brought about a significant change in doctrine from limited war to surgical strikes in Balochistan. The biggest and most strategically situated province in Pakistan is becoming more and more entrenched in the vicious cycle of India's hybrid war against Pakistan. India's concerted efforts are intended to take advantage of Pakistan's ethnolinguistic and ethno-nationalism fault lines. To undermine peace and security in Pakistan, the Indian government routinely provided financial, military, and diplomatic support to the militant elements in Balochistan. This research employs Chanakya Kautilya`s tactics of warfare to understand India`s involvement in Balochistan Conflict to find out Indian strategies of hybrid warfare in galvanizing nationalist conflict in Balochistan. Pakistan must find indigenous solutions to these problems, which call for communication or security measures. However, to combat the erroneous impression that the Indian deep dive operation against CPEC and Pakistan created, Pakistan and China must collaborate and devote a specific proportion of financial and human resources.
