Abstract

The descriptive research project reflects the success of Pakistan against the terrorism and combating militancy in the 21st century, but we are now seeing a resurgence of terrorist threats again. This resurgence is believed to originate from the western borders of Pakistan, causing concern for the safety and security of our country. The rise of terrorist attacks began just months after the Taliban Government took control of Afghanistan. Further study explores, the Afghan Taliban made a promise in the "United States-Taliban deal" signed in Doha, Qatar on February 29, 2020. They promised not to let anyone use Afghan soil to harm any other country.  How is the new wave connected to the ongoing conflict in Afghanistan?  However, the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (FITNA AL KHAWARIJ) are based in Afghanistan, continue to carry out terrorist activities against Pakistan. These attacks, originating from neighboring Afghanistan, have greatly impacted the security of our country and have posed serious challenges for our government and society. Furthermore, the particular research work shed light on three key factors contributing to the resurgence of terrorism in Pakistan: first, the underlying reasons for the increase in terrorist activities; second, the motivations behind this resurgence; and third, the effects it is having on the country and its people
