Keywords:

Evaluation of systems is very important for the performance improvement of systems. There is a lack of studies on Homeopathic Expert Systems evaluation. Therefore, the current study evaluates the Homeopathic Expert Systems under use by Homeopathic doctors practicing in Sindh Province of Pakistan. This research employed the quantitative methodology to administer questionnaires to Homoeopathic Doctors using expert systems in Sindh Province (Hyderabad, Karachi, and Mirpurkhas Divisions), Pakistan. The data were analyzed through structural equation modeling, including testing the hypotheses. The results indicate that Information Quality, System Quality, and Service Quality positively and significantly influence User Satisfaction. Similarly, the effect of User Satisfaction on Net Benefit was also found significantly positive. These results show that Homoeopathic expert systems users expect that their systems must be of high-quality and provide high-quality information and services along with significant user benefits. Overall, the findings emanating from the current research support the DeLone-McLean model completely as a predictive model. This research enriches our understanding of information systems' effectiveness based on DeLone and McLean's model of information system success. The findings reveal a significant statistical relationship between the proposed variables in the context of Homoeopathy expert systems. Further, the study outlines an evaluation procedure for Homoeopathic expert systems, which previous studies have not done before. Additionally, this research concludes Pakistani Homoeopathic Doctors using Expert systems and provides practitioners with practical recommendations that will bring possible and realistic benefits. Another contribution of the thesis lies in the context of the research. Particularly, this research is the first of its kind conducted in Pakistan; before this study, the research on the evaluation of Expert Systems (Homeopathic) in Pakistan was not conducted.
