Background and Grievances

Motive of Marriage: Mustafa and Naseem entered into the marriage solely out of greed and a shared conspiracy to illegally seize property. From day one, they had no intention of settling down or maintaining a household with the victim's daughter.

Kidnapping and Exploitation: The accused individuals resorted to kidnapping the children. Furthermore, because the boy was unable to provide financial support for a year, Mustafa took undue and unfair advantage of the situation.

Medical Hardship: Adnan was severely ill and hospitalized for a year, during which he underwent gallbladder surgery.

Appeal for Intervention

Failure of the Judiciary: The High Court completely failed to provide a fair hearing or address our grievances.
