With the rise of technological innovation and globalization, traditional teaching methods in higher education have undergone significant changes, largely due to the introduction of e-learning. This modern approach offers a dynamic and flexible platform for instructional delivery. The researcher highlights the need to evaluate how e-learning systems affect both students and instructors to ensure their proper and effective use. To understand their perspectives, the study collected data on the current experiences of students and instructors in higher education. The main goal was to explore how e-learning influences teaching and learning outcomes. Specifically, the study aimed to assess how these systems affect user satisfaction, productivity, usage patterns, and the challenges faced. Results indicated that e-learning has a positive effect on student learning. Instructors primarily used e-learning tools for preparing and presenting content, and the majority agreed that these systems enhance both teaching and learning processes.
